Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Estimates are important! It’s how we generate more work, so all of my estimates are free. We want to not only get as many estimates as possible, we don’t want to take your money just do something so painless! Especially if you already plan on spending a bunch of money on your home. Every penny counts. Our company is fairly priced and competitive with other local painting businesses. With every paint job includes a free re caulk on any baseboard where we are applying new paint as well! Which helps give your new paint job a fresh crisp look.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
After connecting with a customer and setting up a date and time, I would typically come to your location and review the scope of work you would like done. At that point we would go over any preferences on materials if you have any and if not,we would run over some options with you depending on your budget. With that information provided I would then give you your estimate which my estimates are always free, and leave you with your decision!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Not only have I spent the last 10 years in this business, I have had the opportunity to train with and work with great mentors. Amazing painters with 30 plus years of experience under their belt in residential, commercial, and apartment painting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started getting into the business around 18 years old.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a verity of customers in the painting business. I have spent time working for apartment complexes we’d on turn overs, I do work for renovation companies, I work for property management companies and handle all of their panting needs for move ins and move outs, and I work for residential customers in occupied homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We did a full exterior repaint downtown Indianapolis near the end of summer 2019. Old but beautiful nearly 3,000 square foot home. A color change from tan and brown to green and white, which you can find in my photos on my profile. It was a challenging job that took around 8-9 business days to complete but it was completely rewarding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Go with your instincts! You want to trust the professional coming into your home. Not only to produce quality work, but to trust them in the home where your loved ones live.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should always think through their budget, be sure you are ready for the project. Although prices are competitive and great deals can be found, upgrading your home can be pricey! So it’s best for both parties to start reaching out to professionals when you know you’re ready!
